About
Using Eden Energy Medicine and Comprehensive Energy Psychology with my Psychotherapy modalities, I help balance my clients' Mind/Body/Spirit.
A new exciting direction over the past decade has been Holistic Nursing. My clients, both in my private practice and other settings, have been benefiting from a variety of complementary modalities along with traditional psychotherapy techniques. I am now specializing in Energy Medicine and Energy Psychology in my psychiatric practice.
My goal is to develop a trusting relationship to support you in growing, healing and reducing stress. I look forward to helping you on your life journey.

Energy Medicine focuses on the body’s subtle energies to enhance a person’s health and well-being. It is based upon the recognition that disturbances in a person’s energies often precede illness and that balancing these subtle energies can assist the body in moving towards wellness.
